The Icelandic professional strongman and actor recently revealed his daily diet on his Instagram and its even more crazy than youd imagine. Along with eating copious amounts of protein from meat, eggs, and nuts, his diet also includes a stream of vegetables and carbohydrates every couple of hours. He even has to wake up in the middle of the night to get a 50 gram (1.7 ounce) dose of protein.
